                 Abstract:Intheseepageforwardmodelingofearth-rockdams,thestudyofseepagefieldinsaturated

                 freeGalerkinmethod.Firstly ,theseepageequationandboundaryconditionsarederivedfromDarcy’s
                 law ,andtheelementfreeGalerkinmethodisderivedindetail.TheessenceofGalerkinmethodisto
                 constructaformfunctionbymovingleastsquaresmethod ,andtocalculatetheboundaryconditionsby
                 penaltyfunction.Then ,theaccuracyandeffectivenessofthemethodareprovedbycomparingtheresults
                 ofthesaturatedseepagefieldandthesaturated-unsaturatedseepagefieldcalculatedbyGeoStudio.Fi
                 nally ,thedistributionofzeropressureline,waterheadvalue,porepressureandwatercontentinthe
                 dambodyisstudiedbydifferenthomogeneousandheterogeneousmodels.TheelementfreeGalerkin
                 methodonlyrequiresnodestoachieveaccurateapproximationofthewholedomainseepagefield,which
                 eliminatesthedependenceongridcells.Comparedwithothernumericalmethods ,thismethodhasthe
                 advantagesofsimpleearlyprocessingdataandhighprecision,soitismoresuitableforthecomplexfor
