      根据支持向量机(SVM)和组合预测理论,选择趋势法预测万元工业GDP取水量的3种主要模型,提出基于最小二乘向量机(LS-SVM)的万元工业GDP取水量非线性组合预测方模型。实例表明:与单项预测模型和线性组合预测相比,基于LS-SVM非线性组合预测模型具有更强的泛化能力,能够有效提高区域万元工业GDP取水量预测精度。
英文摘要:
      Based on the structure risk minimum criterion of support vector machine(SVM)and the nonlinear combination forecast theory,selecting three computation models of trends prediction, the square LS-SVM is applied to establish the combination forecast model for predicting the water demand quota for ten thousand yuan industry GDP. The application example shows that the model has stronger generalization capacity and adaptability than the model of single item and linear combination forecast,and can effectively enhance forecast precision.
