      高含沙河流上具有局部开启运用要求的泄洪排沙孔洞弧形工作闸门底缘极易发生磨蚀破坏,传统修复方法时间长,且修复质量难以保证,影响工程防洪安全运用。通过对磨蚀破坏机理、弧形闸门结构及抗磨蚀材料分析比选,提出由抗磨板和承载构件组合而成的装配式抗磨蚀弧形闸门底缘结构设计方案,该结构不降低弧形闸门的整体强度和刚度,能显著增强弧形闸门底缘的抗磨蚀性能,能明显提升磨蚀底缘的修复效率和修复质量,既适用于新建弧形闸门,又适用于已服役弧形闸门底缘的改造。经小浪底水利枢纽工程4年的实际运用,效果良好。
英文摘要:
      The bottom edge of radial service gate installed on the flood and sediment discharge hole with partial opening operation requirements on high sediment laden river is prone to abrasion damage, the conventional restoration methods are time-consuming, and it is difficult to guarantee the restoration quality, which affects the safe operation of flood control facilities of the project. According to the comparison and analysis of abrasion damage, radial gate structure and wear resistant materials, the design scheme of assembled wear resistant radial gate bottom edge structure composed of wear resistant plate and bearing component is proposed. This structure can significantly enhance the wear resistant performance of the bottom edge of the radial gate without reducing the whole strength and stiffness of the radial gate, and can also greatly improve the restoration efficiency and quality of the worn bottom edge. It is not only applicable to recently installed radial gates, but also applicable to the reconstruction of the bottom edge of the existing radial gates.The structure has been put into operation for 4 years in Xiaolangdi Multi-purpose Dam with excellent performance.
