      黄河流域水资源供需矛盾突出,为协调流域水资源与经济社会发展之间的关系,基于1988-2019年黄河流域水资源公报中的各行业用水数据,采用信息熵的方法分析了黄河流域近30年来用水结构的演变规律及空间分布特征。结果表明:1988-2019年黄河流域总用水量呈现两个阶段的变化,总体上呈现先减少后增加的趋势;用水结构信息熵呈现持续增长趋势,由1988年的0.6增长至2019年的1.2,说明黄河流域的水资源利用结构是向有利于经济社会发展的方向演变。从流域用水结构空间分布来看,四川省、陕西省和山西省用水结构信息熵和均衡度较高,均值分别在1.2和0.6以上,宁夏、内蒙古自治区和山东省的用水结构信息熵和均衡度均值分别在0.9和0.5以下,用水结构的合理性在黄河流域处于较差水平;从流域用水结构时间演变来看,四川省用水结构信息熵和均衡度呈减小趋势,其他8省(区)则呈增大趋势,增幅最大的是青海省,增加了40%以上,原因是该省农田灌溉用水量占比减小,而其他行业用水量占比增加。本文评价了黄河流域9省(区)用水结构的合理性,可为流域水资源的规划和节水政策的制订提供参考。

      The contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in the Yellow River Basin is prominent, in order to coordinate the relationship between water resources and economic and social development in this area, according to water use data in the Yellow River Basin Water Resources Bulletin from 1988 to 2019, the information entropy method was used to analyze the evolution law and spatial distribution of water use structure in the Yellow River Basin in the past 30 years. The results show that the total water consumption in the Yellow River Basin has shown a two-stage-change from 1988-2019, which generally showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing. The information entropy of water use structure showed a continuous growth trend, which increased from 0.6 in 1988 to 1.2 in 2019, indicating that the evolution of water use structure of the Yellow River Basin was beneficial to the development of economy and society. From the perspective of the spatial distribution of water use structure, the information entropy and equilibrium of water use structure in Sichuan, Shaanxi and Shanxi Province were relatively high, their mean values were above 1.2 and 0.6 respectively; whereas the rationality of water use structure in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Shandong Province was at a poor level in the Yellow River Basin, the mean values of information entropy and equilibrium of water use structures were below 0.9 and 0.5 respectively. In terms of the temporal evolution of water use structure, the information entropy and equilibrium degree of water use structure in Sichuan Province showed a decreasing trend, but the other eight provinces (autonomous regions) showed an increasing trend. The largest increase was seen in Qinghai Province, which increased by more than 40%, because the proportion of water used for irrigation had decreased, and water used by other industries had increased. The research results can reflect the rationality of the water use structure of the nine provinces (autonomous regions), and it can provide some reference for the formulation of water resources planning and water-saving policies in the Yellow River Basin.
