      宁东能源化工基地水资源极为贫乏,合理配置基地内的水资源对能源基地的发展极其重要。论文采用线性规划模型对宁东能源化工基地的联合供水方案进行了优化研究,提出了地表水和地下水联合供水方案,确定了供水方案中地下水的实际配额和供水路线,得到下述结论:陶乐傍河水源地可向平罗精细化工基地供水0.065×108 m3/a;骆驼井应急水源地向横城和鸳鸯湖工矿区供水 0.019×108 m3/a;吴忠平原2号和3号备选水源地向灵武工矿区供水0.089×108 m3/a和0.067×108 m3/a;大泉地区的1号水源地向南部的马家滩和积家井工矿区供水0.054×108 m3/a。按地下水总供水量0.294×108 m3/a和最佳供水路线联合配置地下水,地表水配额只需供水3.136×108 m3/a,既能满足宁东能源化工基地2020年规划对水资源需求,又可实现社会经济和环境效益的最大化。

      Ningdong energy and chemical industrial base is an area with acute shortage of water resources, how to reasonably allocate the water resources is vital to the development of the industrial base. In this paper, the water resources of Ningdong energy and chemical industrial baseare optimized using linear programming model, a plan of conjunctive use of surface water and underground water was proposed. In the plan, the actual quotas and routes of groundwater supply were also determined and the following conclusions were drawn . The Pingluo fine chemical base was supplied by water resource Taolebang River with 0.065×108 m3/a, Hengcheng and Yuanyanghu chemical base was supplied by Luotuojingemergency water resources with 0.019×108 m3/a, Lingwu industrial and mining areas was supplied by water resources of No. 2 and 3 chemical base with 0.089 108 m3/a and 0.067×108 m3/a on Wuzhong plain; Majiatan and Jijiajing industrial and mining areas was supplied by No.1 water resource in Daquan area with 0.054×108 m3/a. The groundwater was jointly allocated according to the total groundwater supply of 0.294×108 m3/a and the optimal supply route, and the quota of surface water was only 3.136×108 m3/a, which can not only meet the water resources demand of Ningdong energy chemical industrial base in 2020, but also maximize the social, economic and environmental benefits.
