Based on the runoff, temperature and precipitation data from Pingliang Hydrologic Station (1974 - 2015) and runoff data from Kongtong Reservoir Hydrologic Station (1977 - 2015), this paper used the multiple statistical methods to analyze the annual distribution and interannual variation of runoff, as well as the influencing factors. The results show that: the annual distribution is uneven in Pingliang reach of Jinghe river, but it has a tendency to decrease; the runoff interannual variation changes a lot and shows a decreasing trend. Besides, the low flow years are more than high flow years in Pingliang reach of Jinghe river; The runoff of Kongtong Reservoir Hydrologic Station has the most important impact on the runoff of Pingliang Hydrologic Station. The influence of human factors on the runoff of Pingliang reach of Jinghe River is mainly after 1993. The human factors has a reducing effect in 1994-2009 and increasing effect in 2010-2015 on the runoff of Pingliang reach of Jinghe river.
