      在河流健康评价中,为了克服传统灰色聚类方法的缺陷,引入共原点聚类方法对集对模型进行改进,利用功效函数代替联系度分量,发挥共原点聚类方法覆盖范围广的优点并利用集对模型处理不确定性信息。同时采用主客观结合的组合赋权法确定指标权重,构建基于共原点聚类的集对分析模型,并应用于某河的健康评价中。根据评价结果,河流总体健康状况良好,同时应在提高供水水量、保护河流生态多样性、改善河流水质等方面加大力度。
英文摘要:
      In evaluations of river health, in order to overcome the defects of the traditional grey clustering method,the method of common origin clustering was introduced to improve the set pair model, the efficacy function was used to replace the link component to play the advantages of the common origin clustering method, i.e., wide coverage, and to use the set pair model to deal with the uncertainty information. At the same time, the combination weighting method, which combined both the subjective and objective weighting methods, was used to determine the weights of the indexes, then a set pair analysis model based on the common origin cluster was constructed and applied to the river health assessment. According to the evaluation results, the overall health of the river was good, but we should focus on improving the amount of water supply, protecting the ecological diversity and improving the river quality.
