      由于东山拦河闸下游消力池遭受破坏,且下游河道河床下切、水位降低,需对拦河闸下游消能工进行加固改造。通过水工模型试验,在东山拦河闸现状下游消力池加固改造的基础上,为了确保消力池下游海漫段的安全运行,在海漫段上设置消力墩和消力坎等辅助消能工。研究表明:消力池下游海漫段上设置了消力墩和多级消力坎之后,海漫段的泄流消能率最高可达约50%,确保了出池水流较平顺地与下游河道水流衔接。研究成果得到了工程建设的采用,可供类似工程设计和运行参考。
英文摘要:
      Owing to the downstream stilling basin of the barrage suffered destroy in Dongshan, the downstream river bed was cut and the water-level degraded, the downstream energy dissipater of barrage needs reinforcement and reconstruction. Through the hydraulic model test, based on the reinforcement and reconstruction of the current downstream stilling basin of the barrage, in order to ensure the safe operation of the sea-flood section at downstream stilling basin ,the auxiliary energy dissipaters suah as baffle block and baffle sill were set in sea-flood section. The research showed that, after setting the multistage baffle sills in the stilling basin downstream sea-flood section,the energy dissipation rate reached 50% at the sea-flood section, and ensured the flow of the stilling basin being connected more smoothly with the downstream river flow. The research achievement has been applied in engineering construction, and can be a reference for similar engineering design and operation.
