      为合理地防治浙江省山丘地区的山洪灾害,结合具体调查实例,对浙江省天台县、温州市鹿城区、乐清市共133个沿河村落划分为不同的河道型式,分析不同河道型式对沿河村落所造成的灾害程度大小,得出I型河道型式的沿河村落现状防洪能力较好;在设计洪水计算分析和现状防洪能力评价的基础上,给出具体的危险区等级划分,从而为山洪灾害防御预案编制、人员转移、临时安置提供支撑,并为其他山丘地区山洪灾害防御工作提供一些参考。
英文摘要:
      In order to reasonably prevent flash flood disasters in hilly areas of Zhejiang Province, combined with specific examples of the survey, of a total of 133 villages along the river in Tiantai county, Lucheng District of Wenzhou, Yueqing in Zhejiang province was divided into different river channel forms, the degrees of hazard of the villages along the rivers the affected by different river channel forms were analyzed. The villages along the type I river channels had good present flood control ability. Based the basis of combining design flood calculation analysis with the status capability assessment of flood control, the specific hazardous leve classification was given, to supply support for the future mountain flood prevention plan for the establishment, transfer of personnel, temporary shelters, and to provide references for flash flood prevention works of other hilly areas.
