      为了定量评估河流的现状,维护河流的生态环境,加强河流的可持续管理,建立河流健康评价体系,将熵值法引入突变模型中进行耦合。避免了传统的评价方法对于评价指标权重的主观赋值带来的误差,并将模型应用于秦淮河的河流健康评价上,从4个指标层进行逐级评价,最后得出秦淮河的健康综合指数是0.97,处于良好状态,说明现阶段秦淮河的河流组成系统的组成要素基本完整,但是水质方面问题突出,是制约健康状况的因素,因此需要控制污染以及加强生态保护。
英文摘要:
      In order to quantitatively assess the present situation of rivers, to maintain river ecological environment, to improve the sustainable management of river, and to establish river health assessment system, the entropy value method was introduced into mutation model for coupling. To avoid the errors caused by the subjective weight assignment of evaluation index in traditional evaluation method, and to apply the model to the Qinhuai river health assessment, step by step evaluation was conducted from four layers, finally it was concluded that the health comprehensive index of the Qinhuai river was 0.97, being in good condition. This showed that, at the present stage, the basic components of Qinhuai river system were generally complete, but the water quality problem was outstanding, which was the main factor that controlling river health. Therefore, it is neccessary to control pollution in order to strengthen ecological protection.
