In order to probed the affect of temperature and dissolved oxygen (DO) on rapid starting-up and stable operation of shortcut nitrification,the paper took the different combinations of temperature and DO to test.It analyzed the collaborative effect of temperature and DO on shortcut nitrification and determined the stable boundary temperature keep by shortcut nitrification.Under the boundary temperature, the concentration of DO was hoisted by stages. After the operation of 100 cycles, the rapid starting-up and stable operation of shortcut nitrification hadbeen relized successfully.It also analyzed the microorganism in the system. The results show that the influence of temperature on shortcut nitrification is more obvious. When temperature is lower than the boundary temperature,it is impossible to realize the stable of shortcut nitrification how to elevate DO.
