Based on analysis of the status of industrial structure and the self characteristics of water resources and environment in Xinjiang,the paper established a dynamic adjustment model of industrial structure of society, economy, environment and ecological target under the restriction of water resources in Xinjiang.It gave an expression form about objective functions and economy, resources and environment constraint.Through a fast non dominated sorting genetic algorithm based on the improved strategy,it used the Matlab platform to calculate the density of different agricultural water saving in Xinjiang.The paper proposed the adjustment scheme of industrial structure in the scene of transformation of agricultural water into industrial water.The paper certified the effectiveness and practicality of the dynamic adjustment model of industrial structure from the view of practice.
