      为了使亭口水库反滤料选料经济合理,依据现场土料级配包线,按照反滤料保土性和渗透性要求逐级推求第一层反滤砂和第二层砾石反滤料的级配包线,并按照就近取料的原则,针对原设计第一层反滤砂与推求的级配相差太大,选用杨凌砂和咸阳砂进行试验分析,确定用杨凌砂作为第一层反滤料;针对砾石反滤料太粗的问题,采用掺入杨凌砂的方法调整级配让其接近推求包线,并用接触流失试验验算了反滤层级配的合理性。试验结果表明:调整后的反滤料级配更为安全,并符合工程实际。
英文摘要:
      In order to make Tingkou reservoir filter material economic reasonable,the paper based on the basis of gradation envelope of field soil aggregate according to filter soil retention and permeability requirements step by step to calculate the first layer of filter sand and the second layer of gravel filter material gradation envelope and in accordance with the principle of handy reclaiming.According to the too large difference between the original design of the first layer anti sand filtration and ascertaining gradation difference,the paper chose Yang Ling sand and Xianyang sand to test and analyze. Yang Ling sand was taken as first layer filter; aimed at the problem of gravel filter being too coarse, it used the method of mixing Yang Ling sand to adjust grading so as to let it approach the derivation of envelope,and took contact erosion test to check the rationality of filter layer gradation.The results showed that the adjusted gradation of anti filter material is more secure and is in accordance with engineering practice.
