      针对水资源开发利用评价中指标权重确定方法受主观性影响较大的问题,提出了基于云模型的权重确定方法。将云模型引入到水资源开发利用评价中,并以新疆阿克苏地区为例,进行实证研究。结果表明:阿克苏地区水资源开发利用综合分值为0.390,开发利用水平较低。基于云模型确定评价指标权重值的方法具有结果客观,算法容易实现的优点,有助于促进水资源开发利用的科学评价,为研究区水资源开发利用提供了一定依据。
英文摘要:
      Aimed at the problem of method of determining weight value in water resources utilization evaluation which is greater influenced by subjectivity of experts, the paper proposed the method of determining weight value based on cloud model. The cloud model was applied in water resources utilization evaluation by taking Aksu region for example. The results showed that the comprehensive intensive land use value of Aksu region is 0.39 which means low level of water resources utilization. In the end, this paper summarized the advantages of using cloud model by presenting a more objective outcome and more easy-to-achieve algorithm. The application of cloud Model is conducive to the scientific evaluation of water resources utilization so as to offer the basis for the development and utilization of water resources in Aksu region.
