By using the static test the paper researched the sulfate-reducing bacteria to treat the different concentrations of ions chromium waste-water and the processing efficiency for different concentrations by treating different time, therefor to obtain the best processing efficiency with the initial chromium ion concentration and processing time. Research results indicated that when the concentration of chromium waste water is 50mg/L to 100mg/L, the processing efficiency is the best and can reach 99.62% and 99.74%; the best economical deal time is 1h.
