Through situation investigation and data collection of hydroelectric resources development in Faohe River basin,the paper investigated and analyzed the potential causes of the problems arising from the cascade hydroelectric development in Taohe River basin.Then we proposed the scientific countermeasures for protecting and restoring the watershed ecological environment.
