                 Abstract:Inordertoinvestigatetheuncertaintyinformationconceivedbytheternaryconnectionnumber,
                 themutualtransformationbetweentheconnectionnumbercomponentsisfullyconsideredintherecon
                 structionoftheternaryconnectionnumberbasedontheternarysemipartialsubtractionsetpairpotential,
                 andthevalueintervalsoftheconnectionnumbercomponentsareobtainedbasedonthetriangularfuzzy
                 numberandpartialconnectionnumbertheory.Inthemeantime ,thevalueoftheconnectionnumberun
                 deracertainconfidencelevelisdeterminedbytherandomsimulationmethod ,accordingtowhichthewa
                 terresourcescarryingcapacityevaluationmodelbasedonsemipartialsubtractionsetpairpotentialtrian
                 gularfuzzynumberstochasticsimulationmethod(WRCC-SPSS)isconstructedandthenappliedtothe
                 waterresourcescarryingcapacityevaluationintheJianghuaihillyregion ,andisalsocomparedandana
                 lyzedwiththeexistingconventionalmethods.Theresultsshowthatthewaterresourcescarryingcapacity
                 oftheJianghuaihillyregionsteadilyenhancedfrom2011to2018,andthecarryingcapacityofHefeicity
                 performedtheworst.Thereconstructionoftheconnectionnumbercanreducetheuncertaintyofthecom
                 ponents ,andtheadoptionofthetriangularfuzzynumberandstochasticsimulationmethodcandetermine
                 theconfidenceintervaloftheconnectionnumber ,whichareconducivetothereliabilityoftheresults.
                 TheresultsoftheexampleapplicationofWRCC-SPSSaregenerallyconsistentwiththeevaluationre
                 sultsoftheexistingresearchmethods ,becauseWRCC-SPSSismorefocusedonuncertainty,richin
                 physicalcontentandapplicabletothedynamicevaluationofthewaterresourcescarryingcapacity.
