Abstract:Theecologicalrestorationprocessofminingareasarefacingtheproblem ofmultiobjective,
fuzzyanduncertainwaterresourcesallocation.Withthewaterresourcesallocationsystemoftheminingare
aastheresearchobject ,amultiobjectiveuncertainchanceconstrainedprogramming(MUCC)modelwas
constructedtooptimizetheallocationofwaterresourcesinminingareas.Basedonthewaterallocation
principleofecologicalpriority ,theconventionalgoalofminimizingpollutantemissionsisreplacedbymini
mizingcarbonemissions,withtheconsiderationofminimizingcarbonemissions,maximizingtheeconomic
benefitsofthesystemandminimizingwatershortage ,amultiobjectivemodelforthecoordinateddevelop
mentofecologicalecoenvironment ,socialeconomyandwaterresourcesinminingareasisestablishedfor
theintegratedallocationofgroundwater ,surfacewater,minewaterandreclaimedwater.Theuncertainties
intheactualsituationarerepresentedbyintervalparameters,andthemodelissolvedbygeneticalgorithm
(GA),soastoobtainareasonablewaterallocationscheme.Themodelwasthenappliedtothestudyof
Yangchangwanminingarea,Ningxia.Theresultsshowthatthismodelcanwellcoordinatethetargetsofe
