      低碳转型是当前全球能源领域的重要议题之一,广西壮族自治区作为一个重要的电力消费和生产地区也面临着低碳转型的迫切需求。为探讨广西电力系统的低碳转型问题,明晰水电和抽水蓄能在低碳转型中的助力作用,构建以最小化运行成本为目标,考虑机组输出效率、启动成本、水库容量、各机组运行特性等约束的区域电力系统优化模型;提出包括系统装机容量、调峰能力、碳排放、系统费用等关键指标的综合效益评价指标体系,研究2025、2030和2050年广西电力系统的基本特征,并评估水电和抽水蓄能对低碳转型的影响。结果表明:所建立的模型和评估体系可以从技术和经济双层角度为能源转型提供有效支撑;合理配置抽水蓄能装机容量对于平衡电力系统负荷和供应、提高系统稳定性和可靠性具有重要作用。研究成果为广西电力系统的发展提供了有益的参考,对推动可持续能源发展和构建低碳电力系统具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      Low-carbon transition is one of the key issues in the global energy sector today. The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, as a large electricity consumption and production area, also faces an urgent need for low-carbon transition. This paper aims to explore the low-carbon transition of the Guangxi power system, with a particular focus on the supportive role of hydropower and pumped storage in the process. Aiming at minimizing operational costs, we constructed a regional power system optimization model considering constraints such as unit output efficiency, startup costs, reservoir capacity, and the operational characteristics of various units. Subsequently, we proposed a comprehensive benefit evaluation index system that includes key indicators such as installed capacity, peak-shaving capability, carbon emissions, and system costs. Then, the basic characteristics of the Guangxi power system in 2025, 2030, and 2050, and the impact of hydropower and pumped storage on the low-carbon transition were investigated. The results indicate that the model and evaluation system proposed in this study can effectively support energy transition from both technical and economic perspectives. Properly configuring pumped storage capacity plays a crucial role in balancing the load and supply of the power system, as well as in enhancing system stability and reliability. This in-depth study provides valuable references for the development of the Guangxi power system, which is conducive to the promotion of sustainable energy and the establishment of a low-carbon power system.
