      弧形钢闸门是水利枢纽中重要的泄水建筑物,根据事故案例发现弧形钢闸门多因支臂失稳而发生破坏,布置支臂连接系在一定程度上可以增强闸门稳定性,但目前连接系种类众多且无明确规范布置方法。以露顶式三支臂弧门为研究对象,采用CAD-CAE联合仿真的数值模拟方法综合探究了不同形式连接系对该闸门静动力特性的影响。结果表明:连接系的布置可以显著提高闸门刚度,改变闸门结构应力分布,降低最大应力;支臂内部腹杆和斜杆对闸门静动力特性提升效果显著,应进行优先布置;在数值模拟中支臂连接系等构件对模拟结果影响较大,采用空间有限元法对弧形闸门支臂校核时应尽量避免对支臂连接系进行过度简化。研究成果对弧形钢闸门支臂连接系布置及有限元计算具有一定参考意义。

      In water conservancy projects, radial steel gates play an important role in the discharge process. According to the accident cases, it was found that the radial steel gates were often damaged due to the instability of the support arm. The arrangement of support arm connection systems can enhance the stability of the gate to a certain extent, but currently the connection systems are varied without clear standardized arrangement method. Taking the emersed three-arm radial gate as the research object, we studied the influence of different forms of connection systems on the static and dynamic characteristics of the gate by means of joint simulation of CAD-CAE. The results indicate that the arrangement of the connection system can significantly increase the stiffness of the gate, thereby changing the stress distribution of the gate structure and reducing the maximum stress. It is found that internal web and diagonal members of the support arm have a significant improvement effect on the static and dynamic effects of the gate, and priority should be given to their arrangement. In the numerical simulation, the components of the support arm connection system have a significant impact on the simulation results. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid overly simplifying the support arm connection system as much as possible in the verification of the support arm of the radial gate using the spatial finite element method. The research results can provide a reference for the arrangement and finite element calculation of the support arm connection system of radial steel gates.
