      以农田流失的氮磷为主要来源的农业面源污染已成为制约我国农业高质量发展的重要因素。针对农田径流污染发生规律及阻控方法等问题,剖析了影响农田径流污染的关键要素,系统梳理了以“源头减量-过程阻断-末端净化”为主体思路的农田径流污染控制技术,分析了不同种类技术措施在实际应用中的优缺点及限制因子。指出未来应进一步加强农田径流污染的监测并建立风险评估模型,深入探究以施肥优化为主、多种手段为辅的农田径流污染源头控制体系,提升农田径流污染处理设施对污染物的净化能力,建立适用性强的集约化农区面源污染绿色低碳综合防控技术模式,为农业面源污染控制提供理论基础和技术支撑。
英文摘要:
      Agricultural non-point source pollution, which mainly comes from nitrogen and phosphorus leached from farmlands, has become a main inhibitory factor for high-quality development of agriculture in China. In regards to the outbreak regularity of farmland runoff pollution and its control measures, we explored the key factors affecting farmland runoff pollution, summarized the farmland runoff pollution control measures based on the principle conception of “source reduction-process blocking-terminal purification”, and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of technical measures and their influencing factors in practical application. It is suggested that more attention should be paid to the monitoring of farmland runoff pollution in the future with the help of risk assessment models; the source control system of farmland runoff pollution should mainly focus on the optimization of fertilization supplemented by multiple optional measures; the treatment facilities should improve their purification capacity; the green and low-carbon comprehensive prevention and control technology mode of non-point source pollution in intensive agricultural areas with strong applicability should be established, so as to provide theoretical basis and technical support for agricultural non-point source pollution control.
