      级配碎石广泛应用于高速公路路面基层填料,作为测定路基土及路面材料强度的重要手段——加州承载比(CBR)试验可反映路基或路面结构层的承载能力。基于颗粒流软件PFC3D对CBR试验展开细观参数影响研究,并借助PFC3D中力链模型对试样内力演化进行观测,探讨颗粒刚度比kn/ks、摩擦系数μ、法向黏结强度Tσ、切向黏结强度Sσ等颗粒细观参数对试验结果的影响。研究结果表明:颗粒刚度比kn/ks对CBR值无显著影响,摩擦系数μ和颗粒黏结强度Tσ均与CBR值呈线性正相关。另借助黏结强度比Tσ/Sσ,对比切向与法向黏结强度对CBR试验结果的影响,得出切向黏结强度Sσ对CBR值影响较大;切向黏结强度Sσ主确定接触键切向塑性,法向黏结强度Tσ主控制其表面法向黏附性。
英文摘要:
      Graded crushed stone is widely used as the base filler of expressway pavement. As an important means to determine the strength of subgrade soil and pavement materials, California Bearing Ratio (CBR) test can reflect the actual bearing capacity of the subgrade or pavement structure layer. Based on the particle flow software PFC3D, the influence of mesoscopic parameters on the CBR test is studied. With the help of the force chain model in PFC3D, the internal force evolution process of the sample is observed, and the influence of particle microscopic parameters such as particle stiffness ratio kn/ks, friction coefficient μ, normal bond strength Tσ and tangential bond strength Sσ on the test results is discussed. The results show that kn/ks has no significant effect on the CBR value, μ and Tσ both have a linear positive correlation with the CBR value. Then, the influence of normal and tangential bond strength on the CBR test results is compared using the bond strength ratio Tσ/Sσ. It is found that Sσ has a significant impact on the CBR value, it mainly determines the tangential plasticity of the contact key, whereas Tσ mainly controls its surface normal adhesion.
