      引水隧洞作为引调水工程的关键环节,决定着引调水工程的整体质量。为避免在运营期间造成非必要的经济损失,结合西北地区寒冷干旱特征,建立引水隧洞安全评价指标体系,引用未确知测度理论(Unascertained measure theory, UMT)模型进行结构安全评价。采用改进G2-反熵权法(Anti-entropy weight, AEW)进行主客观权重计算,用拉格朗日乘子法进行主客观组合赋权计算,在未确知测度理论基础上采用置信度识别准则进行安全等级识别。运用该模型以引大入秦1#挪威隧洞中4个典型断面进行结构安全评价,得出各断面安全等级,洞段4+757.50~4+797.00与洞段5+071.00~5+135.00评价结果为结构存在轻微破坏,洞段4+247.01~4+281.60和洞段6+240.00~6+346.26评价结果为结构存在较严重破坏。通过论证,评价结果与实际情况一致,表明该模型对西北地区引水隧洞安全评价有效并且实用,可运用于长距离输水工程安全评价。

      As the key part of a water diversion project, the diversion tunnel determines the quality of the whole water diversion project. In order to avoid unnecessary economic losses during operation, a safety evaluation index system for diversion tunnels was established based on the cold and arid climate in Northwest China, and the unascertained measure theory (UMT) model was used to evaluate the structural safety. The improved G2-anti-entropy weight (AEW) method was used to calculate the subjective and objective weights. The Lagrangian optimal multiplier method was devoted to perform the subjective and objective combination weighting. Based on the unascertained measure theory, the confidence identification criterion was performed to identify the security level. The model was applied to evaluate the safety of four typical tunnel sections in Datonghe to Qinwangchuan Water Diversion Project, and the safety level of each section was obtained. The evaluation results showed that the structures of sections 4+757.50~4+797.00 and 5+071.00~5+135.00 are slightly damaged, and that of sections 4+247.01~4+281.60 and 6+240.00~6+346.26 are seriously damaged. Through the argumentation, the results are consistent with the actual project situation, which indicates that the model is effective and practical for the safety assessment in the northwest region, and can be applied to the safety evaluation of long-distance water transport projects.
