      为获得蒸养掺偏高岭土(MK)混凝土界面区的微观力学性能,测试了不同MK掺量蒸养混凝土界面区的显微硬度,运用概率统计方法进行界面区显微硬度数据处理,并结合热重分析和电镜观察阐明其作用机理。结果表明:界面区显微硬度数据呈明显的离散分布特征,并不符合通常认为的正态分布,而更符合3-Parameter Lognormal Logistic分布;运用统计分析得到的界面区显微硬度曲线离散性较低,对界面区强度表征更加准确;掺偏高岭土增强了界面区显微硬度;随龄期增长,界面区显微硬度值增加,宽度减小;蒸养条件下,偏高岭土发生二次水化反应,消耗Ca(OH)2晶体,生成更多的C-S-H凝胶,强化了界面区。

      In order to obtain the micro mechanical properties of interfacial transition zone(ITZ) of steam-cured concrete with metakaolin(MK), the micro-hardness of the interface area of steamed concrete with different MK content was tested, probabilistic statistical methods were used to process ITZ micro-hardness data of steam-cured concrete incorporating MK, and its action mechanism was clarified by thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscope. Results indicate that micro-hardness data of the ITZ take on obvious discrete distribution characteristics, and do not meet the normal distribution, and more in line with the 3-Parameter Lognormal Logistic distribution. Using 3-Parameter Lognormal Logistic distribution makes the discreteness of the ITZ micro-hardness curve reduced and the characterization of ITZ strength is more accurate. Metakaolin increase concrete ITZ micro-hardness, and with the increase of curing age, the micro-hardness value of concrete ITZ increase and the ITZ width decrease. Under steam curing conditions, MK occurs a secondary hydration reaction with more consumption of Ca(OH)2, and Ca(OH)2 crystals . More C-S-H gel are produced and the ITZ of steam-cured concrete is densified.
