      在复合式厌氧折流板反应器(HABR)架设不同填料和不同进水流量组合的工况下,利用激光粒子图像测速技术(PIV)对HABR的第一格室液相流态进行了研究,测得反应器内升流区关键截面的流场数据,获得了架设不同填料的液相速度、涡量强度与流量的关系曲线;同时研究了相关流场特征,包括速度矢量图、流线图谱和涡量场。结果表明:对于HABR,合理的选择填料类型可以保证良好的进水流态,有效地防止局部沟流和污泥流失,确保HABR高效稳定运行。在本实验条件下,得出在反应器填充悬浮球填料时,反应器整体流态最佳。
英文摘要:
      Under the working condition combinations different kinds of fillers and inlet flow rates of the HABR reactor,the flow states in the first chamber were measured by particle image velocimetry (PIV), the flow data of the critical section in the upflow zone of the HABR reactor were observed, the relationship curves were obtained among fluid-pase velocity, vorticity intensity and flow rate, and the related flow field characteristics including velocity vector diagram,streamline pattern and vorticity distributions were analyzed.The results showed that, for HABR, reasonable choice of filler material types could guarantee good state of inflow, effectively prevent loss of local flow and the sludge, ensure highly efficient and stable operation of HABR. Under this experimental condition, it is concluded that the overall flow pattern of the reactor was the best when the reactor was filled with suspended ball filler.
