      以河道底泥为研究对象,目的是通过对污染底泥固化进行资源化利用。首先对固化剂配方进行了优化,以抗压强度为目标,在传统固化剂如水泥、粉煤灰、石灰基础上,通过添加碳酸钠或硫酸钙外加剂,进一步提高固化后水泥的抗压强度。还比较了几种预处理方法对底泥固化效果的影响。试验结果表明:Fenton处理和热处理等方法能够降低底泥中有机物的含量,提高固化后材料的抗压强度。其中以热处理效果最好。300°C热处理后底泥固化后抗压强度超过1 MPa, 达到了填方材料要求。同时,固化后底泥中的重金属基本不浸出,对环境安全。
英文摘要:
      The paper took river sediment as research target and carried out the reuse of sources through the solidification to sediment. First ,it optimized the prescription of solidifier,and took compressive strength as the index. Based on the traditional solidifiers such as cement, fly ash and lime,the paper added sodium carbonate or calcium sulphate so as to further enhance the strength of solidified cement,the paper compared the effects of a few of pre-treatment methods on sediment solidification.Result showed that Fenton treatment and heat treatment are able to reduce the organic content of sediment and to improve the strength of material after solidification.The effect of heat treatment is the best. The compressive strength of solidified sediment after treatment of 300°C is more than 1 MPa,and meet the requirement for filling materials.At the same time the heavy metal in sediment after solidification can′t leach and is safe to the environment.
