      为实现可调延时自闭水嘴在满足节水条件下的性能稳定可靠,设计了一种多口阀芯。基于孔板节流原理对水嘴流量特性进行分析,得到满足节水条件的阀芯结构参数,然后利用Fluent对水嘴内部流场进行模拟仿真,分析其内部流场特性,并对阀芯入口倾角进行优化设计,改善了水嘴内部流场特性。结果表明:在实际工况下对阀芯的定流量设计,能保证水嘴的节水要求,具有较高的实用价值。阀芯入口倾角在25°时,水嘴的性能最佳,为下一步延时部分的研究提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:
      In order to achieve the stable and reliable propety of adjustable time-lapse self-closing faucet under the the condition of meeting water saving,this paper designed a multi-port valve. Based on the principle of orifice throttle,it analyzed the characteristics of faucet's flow and got the structure parameter of valve spool.Then the paper used the fluent to simulate the internal flow field of faucet, analyzed it's characteristics and optimized the spool entrance angle to improve the the feature of internal flow field of faucet.The results showed that the constant flow design of valve spool in the actual condition can ensure the water saving requirement of faucet and have higher practical value.When the inlet angle of valve spool is 25°, the performance of faucet is optimal. Theresult can provide a theoretical basis for the next study of delay part.
