      基于江苏省13个地市2009-2013年水资源与社会经济数据,利用数据包络分析方法,以各部门用水量、固定资产投资额、从业人员数为投入指标,以GDP总值和COD、氨氮排放量为产出指标计算各地市在不同时期的水资源利用效率,运用探索性数据分析方法探讨江苏省水资源利用的区域差异性和空间相关性,并运用空间杜宾模型对江苏省水资源利用效率影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明:江苏省水资源利用效率总体较高,在空间上存在明显的区域差别;各地水资源利用效率存在正的空间相关性;科技进步指数、外商投资比重、第三产业增加值比重和污染治理投资额对水资源利用效率具有正的影响;人均水资源量、农业用水比重对水资源利用效率造成了较大的负面影响。
英文摘要:
      Based on the data of water resources, social and economy of 13 cities of Jiangsu province from 2009 to 2013,the paper used the method of data envelopment analysis to calculate the water use efficiency of 13 cities in different periods by taking the water use of every sector, gross fixed asset investment, employed population as the input index, GDP, COD, ammonia nitrogen emissions as the output index.It analyzed the spatial and temporal disparities and spatial correlation by method of exploratory spatial data analysis and finally analyzed the influence factors of water use efficiency in Jiangsu province by spatial Durbin model. The results showed the water use efficiency of Jiangsu province is high.There is obvious regional difference in space; there is a positive spatial correlation between water use efficiencies every region The science development index, the ratio of foreign investment, the ratio of the tertiary added value and the investment of pollution management have positive impact on water use efficiency.The water per person, the ratio of agriculture water use have passive impact on water use efficiency.
