      利用地理信息遥感技术,模拟1987-2013年间朱芦沉陷区的蓄滞空间历史演变过程。基于水库调洪演算模型,尝试建立采煤沉陷区蓄滞洪预测模型,通过预测模型模拟沉陷区在未来不同沉陷情景下对不同频率洪水过程的调蓄效果,并将蓄洪削峰量程序化展现。结果显示:朱芦采煤沉陷区在2015、2020、2030三种沉陷情景下对5、10、20、50年一遇的洪水洪峰的削减量从0.7%到41.4%不等。结果可为科学制定采煤沉陷区调洪蓄洪政策方案以及水资源的综合利用及管理提供一定参考。
英文摘要:
      Using the remote sensing technology of geographic information,the paper simulated the evolution process of storage space at Zhu-Lu subsidence area from 1987 to 2013 . Based on the model of reservoir flood routing,it built the predict model of flood storage and flood detention of coal mining subsidence area and. simulated the process of different frequency flood and calculate the detention of flood in different level years in the future according to the prediction model.The result showed that the reduction volume of flood peaking of once in 5,10,20 and 50 years in 2015,2020 and 2030 can be cut from 0.7% to 41.4%.The result can provide reference for the establishment of policy and the comprehensive utilization and management of water resources in coal mining subsidence areas.
