      基于水电站环境影响后评价的复杂性和不确定性特点,结合大渡河流域深溪沟水电站实际情况,识别环境影响评价因子,建立深溪沟水电站环境影响后评价指标体系。通过AHP法结合模糊数学评价对深溪沟运行进行复合评价,评价结果表明:AHP结合模糊数学评价具有适用性,深溪沟水电站的运行对生态环境及社会经济的影响处于第2级(有较不利影响),并偏向于第3等级(无影响)。
英文摘要:
      According to the features of complexity and uncertainty of post assessment for hydropower project environment,combining with the actual situation of Shenxigou hydropower station of Dadu River basin and identiying environmental impact assessment factors,the paper established the index system of environmental impact post assessment for Shenxigou hydropower project. Then,it comprehensively analyzed the operation of Shenxigou hydropower station through AHP and fuzzy evaluation. The result shows that AHP combining fuzzy evaluation possesses applicability,and the impact of operation of Shenxigou hydropower project on environment and social economy is in the second stage (minor adverse impact), and is biased in favor of the third level (no impact).
