Taking the “three red lines” of water resources management control index issued by Gansu province as guide, based on the analysis of water resources condition of Jiayuguan, the paper put forward the amendment of water supply scheme in“Jiayuguan overall urban planning (2012-2030)”, and analyzed the guarantee ability of water resources in the every planning level year.The results show that in the prescribed period of time by“ Taolai River Basin Water Diversion System ”, the water index of Taolai river in Jiayuguan can be guaranteed;the groundwater available yield and supply capacity in Jiayuguan's six underground water sources can meet the need in planning level years; the water index of every water user can be control within the recommended range in the planning level years.In circumstance of that the construction of sewage pipe network is perfect and the water reuse project forms a complete set, the water resuse supply can be guaranteed.
