      以高抗硫酸盐水泥浆液为研究对象,研究了膨润土、羟丙基甲基纤维素、LA分散剂以及减水剂对浆液性能的影响,得出了漏斗粘度低、析水率小和结石体强度满足设计要求的高抗硫酸盐水泥稳定浆液配方。试验表明:通过添加膨润土和羟丙基甲基纤维素可以降低浆液的析水率、增加浆液的粘度,添加减水剂虽然降低了浆液的漏斗粘度,但是增大了浆液的析水率,而且伴有分层现象发生,而添加LA新型分散剂可以降低浆液的漏斗粘度,且不会增大浆液的析水率。
英文摘要:
      Taking high sulfate resistant cement as the research object, the paper studied the effect of bentonite, HPMC, LA and super-plasticizer on the performance of slurry,and the formula of funnel viscosity, bleeding rate and concretion body strength to meet the design requirement of high sulfate cement stable, the result showed that the adjunction bentonite and HPMC can reduce bleeding rate, increase the viscosity of slurry, adding super-plasticizer while reduces the funnel viscosity of slurry, but increases the bleeding rate. The adjunction LA new dispersant can reduce the funnel viscosity of slurry, and can not increase the bleeding rate.
