      大庆地区村镇给水管道冬季运行时常发生冻胀危害,为此提出了一种PPR-PVC管道浅埋外加保温层的综合防冻胀技术。为更好地确定采用该技术的管道最佳埋深,首先通过数值计算和实测结果的对比分析研究土壤的冻胀性参数;利用Matlab软件,建立给水管道与周围土壤非稳态传热物理模型,分别模拟了不同埋深处管道周围的土壤温度场,通过对比分析得到了大庆地区采用DN50的PPR-PVC新型保温给水管道的最佳浅埋深度为1.5 m ,此处管道受到大气温度扰动小,融化圈范围大,土壤的冻胀性较弱。在考虑水分迁移和冰水相变因素影响下,通过模拟认为埋深在1.5m的PPR-PVC给水管道运行是安全可靠的。
英文摘要:
      Frost heave often causes damage to rural water supply pipe in Daqing region.Therefore,the paper proposed a kind of comprehensive anti-freezing technology of shallow buried pipe with insulation layer.In order to better determine the optimal buried depth of pipeline,it studied the parameters of frost heave by comparison analysis of numerical calculation and measuring result.;secondly, it established the unsteady heat transfer model with Matlab software and simulated the soil temperature field around different pipe depths.The optimal depth used by PPR-PVC type thermal material of DN50 pipe is 1.5 meters in Daqing region.The pipeline here is less disturbed by atmospheric temperature ,the range of thaw is large,the frost heave of soil is weak.Considering the effect of moisture migration and glacial phase factor,The simulation indicated that the operation of PPR-PVC type water supply pipeline which is buried under ground depth of 1.5 meters is safe and reliable.
