      苏州游湖湾由于长期围垦养殖以致水体恶化,有必要对游湖湾水产养殖区实施沟通水系、底泥生态疏浚、植被恢复与生物放养等工程进行生态恢复。于2010年4月-2011年2月对修复工程区进行跟踪调查监测。结果表明:工程实施后,游湖水体得到改善,水生植被恢复良好,综合水质标识指数由工程前的Ⅳ类提高到Ⅲ类。生态恢复区内水质明显优于区外水质,生态修复区内DO、透明度比修复区外对照点分别提高了29.92%、25.22%,CODMn、TOC、TP、TN、NO3--N、NH4+-N比区外对照点分别降低了17.31%、12.13%、46.07%、65.93%、77.72%、60.19%,浮游植物丰度得到控制。
英文摘要:
      As the water body of Youhu gulf in Suzhou has increasingly become serious,so it is necessary to carried out ecological restoration project such as water system reconstruction, sediment ecological dredging ,macrophyte restoration and biomanipulation and so on. Aimed at improving water environment,the paper investigated the water situation of restored and un-restored area from April 2010 to February 2011. The results showed that water exchange and macrophyte have been improved, and the integrated water quality of the ecological engineering area inhance from Ⅳ to Ⅲ of national class. Water quality in ecological restoration area is significantly better than that of outside during the same period. The concentration of DO and transparency in restoration area increased by 29.92% and 25.22% respectively compared with the un-restored.The concentration of CODMn, TOC, TP, TN, NO3--N and NH4+-N respectively decreased by 17.31%, 12.13%, 46.07%, 65.93%, 77.72% and 60.19%.The abundance of phytoplankton got control and the ecological restoration area was improved. The water quality of outlet is obviously better than that of inlet.
