      采用相转化法,分别用氯化锂(LiCl),纳米二氧化硅,甲基丙烯酸甲酯,甘油,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为添加剂,以N,N二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂制备了聚砜超滤膜。通过水通量,膜接触角,扫描电镜图来评价添加剂对膜结构性能的影响。结果表明:加入纳米二氧化硅和氯化锂添加剂,改善了膜的结构形态,提高了膜的性能,孔径和孔隙率都有所增大,纳米二氧化硅很大程度地提高了膜的水通量和亲水性,氯化锂提高了膜对腐植酸的截留率。
英文摘要:
      The paper prepared polysulfone ultrafiltration membranes via phase-inversion method by using LiCl, nano-silica, methyl methacrylate, glycerol, polyvinylpyrrolidone as additive reagent and N, N-dimethyl acetamide as solvent. The effects of the additive reagent on the membrane performance were evaluated by water flux, contact angle, scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results indicated that the addition of nano-silica and LiCl improves the structure and morphology of membrane, and also improves the performance of membrane. At the same time the pore size and porosity are increased. Nano-silica greatly increases the water flux and hydrophilicity of membrane, LiCl improves the rejection coefficient of membrane to humic acid.
