      将四元联系数引入水资源可持续利用评价体系,在此基础上结合改进的模糊层次分析法(FAHP)计算各评价指标的权重,构造加权平均联系度,确定水资源可持续利用水平所属等级,建立了水资源可持续利用评价的模糊四元联系数模型。以延安市为例,通过构建模型对延安市2005年和2010年水资源利用情况进行评价,结论表明延安市水资源可持续利用水平由较弱转向中等,可持续状况有所改善,其结果与模糊综合评价法和人工神经网络法的结果基本一致。模糊四元联系数法计算简便,能够克服确立权重的任意性,信息利用率高,对水资源可持续利用的评价是有效、可行的。
英文摘要:
      The four-element connection coefficient was introduced into the evaluation system of water resources sustaining utilization. Combined with the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process ( FAHP ),the paper calculated the weight of every evaluation index, constructed the weight average link degree, and then determined the class of sustainable utilization level of water resources by weight value, finally established the evaluation model of fuzzy four-element link coefficient for the sustaining utilization of water resources. Taking Yan''an for example, the paper evaluated the state of water resources utilization of Yan''an in 2005and 2010. The results show that the sustainable utilization level of water resources is turn from weak to moderate, and sustainable situation has been improved. The results are basically consistent with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and artificial neural network method. The fuzzy four-element connection number method is easy to calculate and can overcome the arbitrary of establishing weight, has high utilization rate of information and is effective and feasible to the evaluation of sustaining utilization of water resources.
