      To protect the proposed aluminum plant itself and the local people''s lives and property safety in Ledu County, Qinghai Province, hydrological calculation and analysis of design section at the big groove are carried out by using a variety of methods. Design peak flow results obtained at different frequencies can provide a scientific basis for reasonably choosing site, formulating flood control planning, and so on.
