      水资源承载力分析评价是区域水资源开发利用及社会经济协调发展的前提和关键。本研究构建了基于“水资源-社会经济-生态环境”的水资源承载力评价指标体系,采用熵值法与非对称模糊贴近度分别计算评价各指标权重与承载力等级,并结合庆阳地区水资源现状进行了实例分析。评价结果表明:熵值法和非对称模糊贴近度相结合,用于区域水资源承载力分析评价的方法可行而有效;生态环境因素、水资源因素与社会经济因素在研究区水资源承载力中的影响比重分别为0.4162、0.351、0.2328;同时,庆阳地区水资源承载力等级为v4(贴近度为0.9907),表明该地区水资源现状承载力十分脆弱,迫切需要进行水资源科学规划和合理利用。
英文摘要:
      Water resources carrying capacity evaluation is the premise and key of regional water resources development and utilization and social economic coordinated development. The water resources carrying capacity evaluation index system was constructed based on the "water resources-social economy-ecological environment", and the entropy value and fuzzy nearness were used to evaluate the weight of each index and carrying capacity grade respectively. Finally, practical example of the water resources present situation in Qingyang is given to show the application of the methods. The evaluation results indicate that the combination of entropy method and non symmetric fuzzy nearness for regional water resources carrying capacity evaluation is feasible and effective; the factors of ecological environment water resources and social economic in the water resources carrying capacity of the study area account for effect ratios 0.4162,0.1,0.2328 respectively; at the same time, the Qingyang region resource carrying capacity grade is v4(fuzzy nearness was 0.9907), which indicates that the region water resources carrying capacity is very weak, scientific planning and rational utilization of water resources are need to carry out urgently.
