根据已研究的WRMM模型的参数设置规律,以实现供水优先序已知条件下的枯水年的水资源配置,本文以玛纳斯河流域为例,分别对不同程度的枯水年(二十年一遇、百年一遇、极端枯水年)进行不同策略的水资源配置。该研究表明:WRMM模型应用于枯水年的水资源配置合理且有效,该模型的参数设置规律使得模型便于操作,该研究使得WRMM模型便于进一步推广,并对新疆其他地区的枯水年的水资源管理与配置有极大的参考价值。 |

Based on the set law of WRMM model parameters ,and under the condition of given supply water priority order to achieve water resources allocation in the dry years, the paper took Manasi River Basin for example, carried out different operating policy of water resources allocation on varying degrees of dry years(once in twenty years, once in hundred years, extreme dry years). The result showed that WRMM model is reasonable and effective to develop water resources allocation in the dry year. Moreover, the parameter set law in the model made the model easy to operate. And the study made WRMM model facilitate further promotion, and offered great reference value for the water resource management and allocation in dry year in other areas of Xinjiang. |
