According to the research of evaluating index system on water resources carrying capacity, the paper selected 10 factors and used the principal component analysis to analyze and evaluate the water resources carrying capacity of Yiwu City and proposed two solutions of change eeonomic development mode and flood use. It can provide a reference for water resources planning and development in Yiwu City.
