EPC工程总承包是国际工程项目管理的趋势,也是我国目前积极推行的一种工程管理模式。本文论述了水电工程EPC总承包管理模式的特点、工作内容及任务,总结了水电工程EPC总承包管理应注意的问题,并结合赤道几内亚吉布洛水电站EPC项目管理进行了分析,对我国水电工程建设项目管理具有一定的借鉴意义。
