中原城市群面临严重的水问题。紧扣水资源承载力概念,以经济社会-水资源-生态环境的复合互动约束为基础,构建了水资源承载力的计算及评价模型,计算了中原城市群现状年2008年实际来水条件和规划水平年2030年50%频率来水条件下的水资源承载能力,评价了其承载程度。结果表明:现状年下中原城市群中部、北部和东部区域水资源超载严重,若仍按当前趋势发展,2030年其超载情况将几乎不会改善;而水资源条件是制约水资源承载力的主要因素。最后,从工程与非工程角度提出提高水资源承载力的相关对策措施。

Central Henan urban agglomeration is facing serious water problems.Sticking closely to the concept of water resources carrying capacity,the calculation and assessment model is constructed based on composite interactive constraint of economic society,water resources and ecological environment.The paper calculated the carrying capacity of Central Henan urban agglomeration in 2008 with the actual water conditions and in planning year 2030 with 50% frequency water conditions,and evaluated the carrying capacity ...
