      为了明确太子河流域水环境容量,改善水质不断恶化的状况,促进区域经济与水环境容量的协调发展,在一维稳态水质模型的基础上,推导出该河段的水环境容量计算公式.在全面了解了太子河流域的水文资料、污染源排放、污染物的特征以及河段的功能区划分,选取污染物中所占比例最大的化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH3-N)作为该河段的主要污染物控制因子,并对不同频率年(75%、50%、25%)情况下的水环境容量进行计算,得出COD在75%、50%、25%频率年的水环境容量为105382t/a、144470t/a、192196t/a;NH3-N在75%、50%、25%频率年的水环境容量为6849 T/a、8602t/a、11705t/a,结合太子河流域的现状排污量,得出太子河流域污染严重,应有针对性的采取一些措施.
