      环境变化主要指气候变化(波动)和流域内的人类活动.径流是降水、气温等气候因素和人类活动对流域产汇流影响的结果,本文综述了定量分析气候变化和人类活动对径流影响的研究思路、确定基准期的方法、径流的还原方法及目前使用的各种模型,最后归纳总结了目前研究中存在的不足和今后研究的趋势.

      Environmental change mainly refers to the climate change(fluctuations) and the human activities in the basin.Runoff is the result of influence of climate factors such as precipitation,temperature,etc and human activities on basin runoff yield and concentration.This paper reviewed all aspects of quantitative analysis of climate change and human activities on runoff,such as the research approach,the determined method of datum period,reduction method of runoff,various models used recently.Finally,it summarized...
