      This article analyzed the water and sediment characteristics since 1982 so far from Huayuankou to Lijin interval in downstream of Yellow River and obtained the data of peak flood flow,flood over the dyke year,flood peak cut rate.It finally analyzed these data to find the causes of the peak flaw phenomenon and its harm and change trend for Yellow River.
