水电站厂房体积大,结构形式复杂,温度应力问题较为突出,进行温控仿真计算有利于防止裂缝的产生;考虑水电站厂房分层分块跳仓浇筑的实际施工过程,提出了采用大型通用有限元软件Ansys创建有限元模型,应用作者开发的三维有限元温控计算程序调用Ansys文件进行计算,采用Surfer绘图软件进行图形处理的方法.对某水电站厂房3种不同方案的温度场和温度应力进行了仿真计算分析,为该水电站厂房的施工和温度控制提供了参考.方案3采用综合温控措施后,可以大大减小厂房的温度应力.
