水资源优化分配计算中阶段变量与状态变量个数越多计算量越复杂,用手工计算很难做到。本文基于动态规划方法使用编程软件Visual Basic,开发了水资源优化分配程序;该程序具有友好的界面,使用方便,并大大提高了计算速度。同时文章应用该程序,对水资源优化分配程序进行了实际应用计算,得出了经济效益最优的方案。

The more the number of stage-variables and state-variables in water resources optimal allocation computation,the more complicated the computation will be.It is very difficult to use manual computation.Based on dynamic plan method,the article developed the water resources optimal allocation program by using the software of visunl Basic.This program has friendly interface and is convenient to use,also it greatly increase the computing speed.This paper using the program has given the practical application for ...
