针对在高混凝土面板坝表面止水塑性填料施工中存在的施工质量不稳定和效率低等问题研制了大型台车式塑性填料挤出机。本文论述了大型台车式挤出机的组成、技术性能及特点。工程实践表明:采用大型台车式挤出机进行高混凝土面板坝塑性止水填料的施工,不仅保证了施工质量、改善了施工人员的工作条件,而且提高了施工效率。
