                 Abstract:Inordertoclarifythehydrochemicalgenesisanddeterminetheaquiferlevelsofthefourthse
                 riesgroundwaterintheJidongPlain ,thefourthseriesgroundwaterintheTangshanPlainareawasselect
                 edastheresearchobject.ThePipertrilineardiagram,Gibbsdiagram,andioncompositionratiomethods
                 wereusedtoexplorethegroundwaterrechargesources,hydrochemicalcharacteristics,andgeneticmech
                 anismsinthestudyarea.BasedontheBayesdiscriminantmethod,amodelforidentifyingtheaquifer
                 levelsofthegroundwaterinthestudyareawasestablished.Theresultsshowedthatthehydrochemical
                 typesofshallowgroundwatergraduallychangedfromHCO -Ca·Mgtypeinthemountainfootareato
