Abstract:BasedonthegeneralcharacteristicsandexistingwaterresourcesproblemsoftheYellowRiver
IrrigationArea,thewaterresourcesoptimalallocationmodelconsideringthemultidimensionalobjectives
ofwaterresources,socialeconomyandecologicalenvironmentisconstructed,andtheharmonyevaluation
indexsystemofwaterresourcesisestablished.Then ,theyareappliedtothesecondphaseofZhaokou
YellowRiverIrrigationAreaProject.Inthesolutionsetofthismodel,fourrepresentativeoptimalalloca
tionschemesareselectedtoanalyzethebenefitsofwaterresources ,socialeconomyandecologicalenvi
ronment.AndtheschemeP isselectedasthemultiobjectiveoptimalschedulingscheme,whichisthen

appliedtotheharmonyevaluationandmultischemeregulation.Theresultsshowthattheharmonydegree
oftheirrigationareaissignificantlyimprovedaftermodeloptimization.Aftertheregulationoftheindices
withlowharmony ,suchasgroundwaterexploitationrate,agriculturalwateruseratio,urbanizationrate,
grainyieldpercapitaandgreencoveragerate,theharmonydegreeisfurtherimprovedto0.790.
